DRY PRONG -- It didn't take long for the Warhorses to establish their dominance in their final regular season game and, fittingly, it was Peabody's only senior, the often unheralded Michael Ford, who led the charge. Ford, who had never played significant minutes for Peabody prior to this year, paced an early, 20-4 run that set the stage for an 89-60 win over Grant and the third-straight undefeated 3-4A campaign for the Warhorses. "Michael has done everything I've asked of him," Peabody coach Charles Smith said. "I challenged him coming into the season to be a presence for us on defense and be a rebounder. He's been solid for us in both areas. Tonight, I thought it was fitting for him that he had such a good game and got to go out undefeated in district play." www.thetowntalk.com/article/20090221/HSSPORTS03/902210342/1006/SPORTS
